Welcome to Shortridge House, where homemade comfort is always on the menu. Founded by Elan-an actress, former Playboy Playmate, and Supermodel of the World-her remarkable career has taken her from appearances on “Seinfeld”, “The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air”, and the big screen to catwalks across London, Austria, Germany, New York, and beyond. Shortridge House celebrates another of her many creative passions: making delicious food with warmth and love. From butternut squash bread and lavender cake to peach cobbler and soulful collard greens, Elan’s wish is simple-to bring beauty, comfort, and a little sweetness into every household.
